What is Zumba?
It's such a fun work out that you can burn anything between 500 to 1000 calories in just an hour.
Zumba incorporates lots of dances including merenge, salsa, cumbia, samba, swing, calypso and reggaeton with simple and eay-to-follow moves so you can keep up no matter what! For a better idea, watch this!
Hi My name is Steffani Herring-Hall and I love ZUMBA!
I am a fully qualified zumba instructor and IDTA qualified dance teacher. Dancing since the age of 3 including tap, ballet, modern, irish dancing, freestyle, street and now zumba!
My classes are suitable for all ages and abilities, just take it as high or low impact as you wish depending on your goals!
All you need to bring is a towel, plenty of water and a smile!
Wear comfy clothing suitable for working out in and most importantly wear suitable footwear, no running trainers please! Trainers which enable you to twist and turn (with a smooth sole) are the best! Please just ask if you need any advice.
If you want to keep fit, get toned and look amazing then come along to my class! Zumba is best for arms, tummys and thighs/bums! What more could you want from a dance class??
